SAP ABAP server start up issue - cleanup all the start logs

 1. Login server @ OS level with <sid>adm.

    make sure that sapstart.log is renamed or moved and try to restart the sapstartsrv with command sapcontrol -nr XX -function RestartService
    and now start the app with command sapcontrol -nr XX -function Start
